Asary Ventures (Pty) Ltd is responsible for personal information it processes through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@asaryventures.co.za.

When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, area of interest, enquiry type, message, consent confirmation and, if supplied, your organisation, role or position, and contact number. Limited technical information may be processed to secure the form and prevent abuse.

3. Purpose of processing

We process this information to review and respond to enquiries, consider potential partnerships, provide requested information, protect the form from abuse and maintain necessary business records.

4. Sharing and retention

Enquiries are delivered through our website hosting and transactional email providers and may be shared with authorised Asary personnel or service providers where reasonably necessary, or where required by law. Enquiry correspondence and minimal delivery records are retained only for as long as required to address the enquiry and meet security, operational and legal requirements. The retention period remains subject to formal legal and POPIA review.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Asary Ventures, and may object to certain processing.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If these are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.

You may lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator if you believe your personal information has been processed in breach of applicable data protection law.
